Solar Energy Union is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director of Strategy to lead the company’s strategic planning, business transformation, market expansion, and long-term growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with strong business acumen, market insight, and the ability to develop and execute high-impact strategies in the dynamic renewable energy and solar power industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate strategies aligned with Solar Energy Union’s long-term vision, business objectives, and growth priorities.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives, market expansion strategies, and business development programs to strengthen the company’s competitive position and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, business units, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, improve operational effectiveness, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Conduct industry research, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business assessments to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Oversee strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and growth programs to ensure successful execution and alignment with company objectives.
- Establish strategic frameworks, performance measurement systems, and best practices to support organizational excellence and long-term value creation.
- Identify and evaluate new markets, partnerships, investment opportunities, and business models that enhance Solar Energy Union’s market presence and growth potential.
- Build and lead strategy teams, fostering a culture of innovation, analytical excellence, collaboration, and high-performance execution.
- Analyze business performance, market dynamics, and operational challenges while developing effective strategies to improve competitiveness and profitability.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring successful delivery of key business objectives.
- Represent Solar Energy Union in executive meetings, strategic partnerships, industry engagements, and external discussions while promoting the company’s vision, growth strategy, and commitment to renewable energy development.
