Sr. Director, Product Management for our OpenText Cloud Platform (OCP)

YOUR IMPACT

You will lead the global expansion of the platform for our Content and Experience SaaS applications, support compliance and data sovereignty requirements and streamline the overall onboarding experience for clients.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for OCP, grounded in a deep understanding of customer, partner, and application needs.
  • Onboarding & Administration Experience: Own the end-to-end onboarding and admin experience, delivering a simple, intuitive, and frictionless path from sign-up to productive use.
  • Built-in AI Capabilities: Embed powerful AI capabilities—including Agentic AI—directly into the platform to enable intelligence within client SaaS applications.
  • Extensibility & Tooling: Provide seamless extension frameworks and tooling that allow clients, Professional Services, and partners to extend OpenText SaaS applications and build integrations and connectors.
  • Ecosystem Enablement: Drive adoption through strong integrations with leading ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, M365) and a scalable extension model for the partner community.
  • Leadership & Cross-Functional Execution: Lead and mentor product managers while partnering closely with engineering, cloud operations, design, marketing, sales, support, and BU leadership to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus), with 10+ years of product management experience focused on large-scale B2B SaaS platforms and applications.
  • Product Leadership & Delivery: Proven track record of leading product teams and successfully launching and scaling complex cloud platforms or SaaS solutions.
  • End-to-End SaaS Expertise: Deep understanding of the SaaS lifecycle—from onboarding and administration through adoption, expansion, and long-term value realization.
  • Technical & Architectural Depth: Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in detailed architectural, security, and operational discussions with engineering and cloud operations teams.
  • Cloud Security & Compliance: Expertise in secure information management, data governance, and regulatory compliance within cloud environments.
  • AI & Emerging Technologies: Demonstrated experience with—or strong knowledge of—the emerging AI agent ecosystem, including LLM readiness, APIs, function calling, and tool integration, combined with exceptional communication skills to influence audiences from developers to C-level executives.
