We are searching for an experienced Senior Director / Head of Project & Construction Management to take a regional leadership role across Continental and Northern Europe.
This is a senior opportunity for an established PMCM leader combining major-project delivery experience with regional governance, organizational leadership and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Project & Construction Management capability across multiple European countries
- Establish and strengthen PMCM governance, standards, KPIs and execution frameworks
- Drive safe, predictable delivery across major project portfolios
- Lead workforce planning, resource forecasting and capability development
- Strengthen project controls, risk management, cost and schedule performance
- Develop senior PMCM talent, succession plans and competency frameworks
- Support major projects from setup and construction through commissioning and handover
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, HR, Talent Acquisition and senior project leadership

We Are Looking For
- 15+ years' experience in complex EPC/EPCM environments
- Senior leadership experience in Project & Construction Management
- Strong background in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Biopharma projects
- Experience managing major projects or portfolios across multiple European countries
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, project controls, risk, HSE and commissioning
- Proven experience in regional governance, workforce/resource planning and organizational development
- Engineering, Construction Management or related degree
- Strong executive communication and matrix leadership capabilities
English: Fluent
Dutch/German: Professional level strongly preferred
Additional European languages are an advantage

Ideal Background
We are particularly interested in professionals who have progressed through:
- Construction Management → Project Management → Project/Construction Director → Regional/Functional Leadership
- Experience across Benelux, France, UK/Ireland and the Nordic countries would be highly relevant.
