Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Director Revenue Execution RoW to join our ever evolving team and help shape the future of global commerce.

Role Overview

This role manages the execution of projects in accordance with organization's project management methodology. Develops, prioritizes and submits project plans, budgets and methodologies across a range of key projects. Defines project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations. Takes ownership of the successful implementation of a set of projects. Manages the work of project managers. Advises on the most complex or critical projects; monitors progress and performance against the project plan; identifies and resolves operational problems and minimizes delays. Evaluates and authorizes changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project.

  • Provide line management for project and program management teams across the UK, EU and APAC regions in the SMB business​
  • Establish and maintain consistent project management standards, methodologies and reporting across all programs ​
  • Responsible for execution and attainment of business line objectives as related to accepted programs of work​
  • Ensure all program activities and deliverables align with the organisations long term goals and strategic priorities​
  • Identification of revenue acceleration opportunities within the business unit​
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and promote continuous improvement​
  • Act as the primary point of contact to communicate progress, manage expectations, and balance competing priorities.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Strong capacity to structure problems, understand requirements and prioritize solutions​
  • Ability to form successful commercial / technical relationships with senior stakeholders​
  • Experience in the SMB organisation, understanding market dynamics and GTM frameworks within the industry

Leadership Skills:

  • Decisiveness under ambiguity with ability to frame options, and drive action with measurable outcomes​
  • Executive communication with the ability to convert complex analysis into clear narratives and implications for Line of business and regional leadership​
  • Change leadership with the ability to embed strategy via OKRs, operating reviews, and transparent progress / learning cadences​
  • Intellectual humility and agility; strong bias to use data as basis for decision making​
  • Master of stakeholder management and influencing people
