Senior Director (Transformation) | Quote to Cash
📍 London (significant travel required once a month)
💰 Salary: circa £170,000 - £180,000 per annum / Day rate: £900 - £1000 per day
📄 12-14 month contract initially
I'm working with a global technology business undergoing a major enterprise-wide transformation and looking to appoint a Senior Director to lead the redesign and implementation of a critical end-to-end revenue operations process.
This is a highly visible leadership role, sitting at the heart of a large transformation programme and partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial Operations, Technology and Customer Experience.

Responsibilities:
- Leading a complex global transformation programme from design through to implementation
- Streamlining and standardising business processes across multiple regions and systems
- Driving automation, scalability and operational efficiency
- Improving customer experience and accelerating business performance outcomes
- Managing programme governance, budgets, risks and executive stakeholder engagement
- Leading cross-functional teams through significant organisational change

Requirements:
- Experience delivering large-scale finance or operational transformation programmes
- Strong experience across Quote to Cash
- Experience operating in large, international organisations
- Available at short-notice
