Senior Distribution Manager
The Senior Distribution Manager is responsible for the management and development of distributors in the assigned territories across multiple countries and markets, adapting execution to local business environments while maintaining consistent regional strategy.
This position reports to the Global Distribution Director and works in close alignment with Regional Sales Leaders, Channel Partner Managers, Marketing, Enablement, BDR, Inside Sales and Pre-Sales teams to drive execution and accelerate growth across assigned territories.

As a Senior Distribution Manager, you will:
Distributor Management & Strategy:
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with distributors’ leadership teams to influence investment priorities, resource allocation, and business growth plans.
- Define, execute and track progress managing joint business plans with distributors, including:
- Partner recruitment and development plans
- Enablement and marketing initiatives
- Drive distributor accountability on:
- Rebate plans- targets achievement
- Partner activation and productivity
- Coverage expansion and market penetration
- Lead regular governance cadence (QBRs, pipeline reviews, forecasting) with distributors
- Align distributor priorities with company strategy, sales plays, and go-to-market initiatives

- Channel revenue growth
- Distributor target achievement
- Partner recruitment
- Certification & enablement
- Market coverage expansion
Partner Ecosystem Development via Distribution:
- Leverage distributors to:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners generating an healthy pipeline for future transition to “managed” partners
- Activate and grow the long tail ecosystem
- Support distributors in driving:
- Structured onboarding and maturity progression of partners
- Segmentation and prioritization of partner base
- Development of new market segments and coverage models
- Drive consistency of distributor and partner engagement models across multiple countries while adapting execution to local market requirements.
- Expand market coverage
Execution & Channel Performance:
- Own channel revenue, pipeline, partner recruitment, and partner productivity targets across assigned distributors
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, PreSales) to support execution
- Proactively manage and resolve channel conflicts across distributors and partner layers
What YOU bring to the team:
- Proven experience managing distributor-led channels across multiple countries and markets, with the ability to navigate different business cultures, partner maturity levels, and go-to-market models. Strong expertise in indirect channel models and ecosystem scaling
- Demonstrated ability to drive partner recruitment and growth via distribution
- Strong commercial ownership with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills (multi-tier ecosystem)
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Frequent international travel is required to support distributor governance, executive engagement, and business growth initiatives across the region.
