Trade BA / Integration Analyst (Trade360)

Trade Business Analyst (5-12 years experience)

Job Summary

Domain expert in Trade Finance responsible for translating business requirements into functional solutions within Trade360.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct business requirement workshops with Trade Operations, Relationship Managers, and Compliance teams
  • Analyse and document end-to-end trade lifecycle:
    • Import/Export Letters of Credit
    • Bank Guarantees
    • Bills & Collections
    • Supply Chain Finance
  • Build business process flows (As-Is / To-Be)
  • Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), BRDs, and Use Cases
  • Collaborate with technology teams for system configuration and enhancements
  • Support SIT, UAT, and production validation
  • Ensure SWIFT compliance and regulatory alignment (UCP, ISP, URDG rules)
