Salary: £55,750
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Location: London Bridge, London - Hybrid working 4 days per month in office
Closing date: 21st September
Benefits: 28 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays; option to buy or sell an additional week after one year. Increased employer pension contributions based on employee contributions (e.g., if you pay 5%, they pay 7%).
We are thrilled to be working exclusively with Prostate Cancer UK at a pivotal moment in its fundraising journey as they look for a Senior Donor Relations & High-Value Events Manager to join their growing team.
In this newly created role, you will lead a new function focused on delivering exceptional stewardship and high-value supporter experiences as part of the charity's ambitious £100m Raise the Game Appeal. Working closely with philanthropy and partnerships colleagues, you will develop and deliver a personalised donor relations strategy that deepens engagement, strengthens retention, and maximises long-term supporter value.

With a strong focus on high-value events, you will oversee the creation of bespoke supporter experiences, engage senior volunteers and stakeholders, and lead a talented team responsible for ensuring supporters feel informed, recognised, and connected to the impact of Prostate Cancer UK's work.
To be successful as the role of Senior Donor Relations and High-Value Events Manager you will need:
- Strong knowledge of high-value fundraising, donor stewardship, and supporter engagement strategies.
- Experience designing and delivering exceptional high-value events and supporter experiences.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams while building strong relationships across an organisation.
