Full Stack Developer
Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 (DOE)
Location: Hybrid, London or Manchester (2-3 days per month)

About the Role
We are working with a growing technology consultancy that delivers cloud-native solutions, digital transformation programmes and enterprise applications for a range of public and private sector clients. As a Full Stack Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing and supporting modern applications built on Microsoft Azure. Working within Agile delivery teams, you'll contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle, helping to build secure, scalable and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications using.NET, React and Azure technologies.
- Build secure, scalable APIs and backend services.
- Develop user-facing applications, operational portals and workflow solutions.
- Integrate applications with cloud services, enterprise platforms and third-party systems.
- Develop event-driven solutions using cloud messaging technologies.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical design and peer code reviews.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments and infrastructure automation initiatives.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and improve application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects and stakeholders within Agile teams.
- Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience
Essential
- Commercial experience developing applications using C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core).
- Strong front-end development experience with React and TypeScript.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Entity Framework.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git and modern CI/CD practices.
- Experience with Docker and containerised applications.
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and modern development practices.
- Experience developing secure, scalable and maintainable applications.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain UK SC Clearance.

- Microservices and event-driven architecture experience.
- Experience with container platforms such as AKS or Azure Container Apps.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Power Platform integration experience.

- Experience working within highly regulated or secure environments.
