About ConnectAd
ConnectAd is a European, independent Supply-Side Platform built for efficiency, transparency, and long-term value creation. As a boutique challenger in the programmatic ecosystem, we focus on delivering high-quality supply and maximising revenue for our publisher partners — without unnecessary complexity or excessive take rates. We work closely with publishers, agencies, advertisers, and technology partners to build efficient programmatic marketplaces that prioritise performance, transparency, and sustainable growth.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior DSP Manager to lead ConnectAd's relationships with Demand-Side Platforms — a long-term but strategically important area for the company.
This is a senior partnerships and business development role, focused on building and managing deep relationships with DSPs, driving technical integrations, and positioning ConnectAd as a preferred supply partner. While the impact of this role builds over time, it is central to ConnectAd's strategic growth and platform positioning.
Responsibilities
- Build and own senior relationships with key Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and their commercial and technical stakeholders.
- Drive and manage DSP integrations, working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth technical implementation.
- Develop and execute a long-term DSP partnership strategy aligned with ConnectAd's strategic priorities.
- Identify new DSP partnership opportunities and evaluate their strategic and commercial fit.
- Act as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for ConnectAd's DSP partners.
- Represent ConnectAd at industry events and senior DSP partner meetings.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to align DSP partnerships with platform capabilities and roadmap.
- Monitor DSP market trends and competitive dynamics to inform ConnectAd's partnership strategy.
- Provide partner feedback to product and leadership teams to shape ConnectAd's platform development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
