Senior DSP Firmware Engineer | Contract | Hybrid | Stevenage

The Role

  • Design, simulate and implement DSP algorithms for advanced communications and sensing systems.
  • Develop, test and verify FPGA firmware using VHDL and/or Verilog.
  • Produce firmware designs from system requirements and functional specifications.
  • Support hardware integration, debugging and product development within a multidisciplinary engineering team.

Key Skills

  • 5+ years' FPGA/DSP development experience.
  • Strong VHDL and/or Verilog design skills.
  • FPGA simulation, verification and test experience.
  • Experience with formal configuration control.
