The Vacancy

We're looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to play a key role in shaping and enhancing our business-critical systems. This is an opportunity for an experienced developer who enjoys solving complex challenges, building scalable solutions and working closely with stakeholders to deliver technology that makes a genuine difference across the organisation.

As part of our Systems team, you'll bring strong technical expertise across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, C#,.NET and Azure technologies. You'll work on a mix of development, solution design, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives, whilst helping to coach and support other developers to raise engineering standards across the team.

This role offers the opportunity to influence how Workspace continues to evolve its technology landscape, working alongside architects, developers, project managers and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable and user-focused solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing, developing, testing and supporting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Building and maintaining model-driven apps, Dataverse solutions, Power Automate workflows and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Developing and supporting custom solutions using C#,.NET, plugins, Azure Functions, APIs and integrations.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Assessing the best approach for requirements, whether through configuration, low-code tools, custom development or integrations.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform and integrated systems.
  • Supporting solution lifecycle management, testing, source control, release planning and documentation.
  • Coaching and mentoring developers, promoting best practice across solution design, testing and development standards.

What You'll Need

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, including model-driven apps, Dataverse, Power Automate and solution management.
  • Professional development experience using C#,.NET and Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience building and supporting Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflow activities and server-side business logic.
  • Experience developing Azure Functions, APIs and integrations with business systems.
  • Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to gather requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
  • Experience coaching or supporting developers and promoting development best practices.
  • Experience working with ALM, DevOps, source control, release management and production support processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance business needs, technical quality and operational risk
