Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join us as our Technology Lead for Microsoft Platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, governance, and support of business solutions. The role provides technical leadership across the Microsoft application estate, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, leading the design, development, and deployment of the estate.
  • Advocate best practice for development standards, governance, and security.
  • Support business teams in identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and digital transformation.
  • Lead solution design reviews, code reviews, and technical assurance activities.
  • Ensure effective application lifecycle management (ALM) and DevOps practices.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party applications.
  • Mentor developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
  • Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.

Experience & Skills:

  • Significant hands-on experience delivering and supporting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience developing Dynamics 365 customisations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft platform security, governance, and best practices.
  • Experience with API integrations.
  • Experience with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
  • Proven experience with complex technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Relevant Power Platform and D365 Qualifications
