The Opportunity
We’re working with a large, established organisation looking to add an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to its internal Dynamics team.
This is a senior functional position suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of Dynamics solutions, working closely with stakeholders and playing a key role in the ongoing development of a business-critical Dynamics environment.
You’ll support, improve and deliver solutions across Dynamics 365 CE, with a particular focus on Field Service, alongside exposure to Project Operations, Sales and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
While Project Operations experience would be highly desirable, it isn’t essential. We’re particularly interested in experienced D365 CE professionals with strong Field Service knowledge and functional delivery experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking functional ownership of Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Supporting, configuring and enhancing Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Gathering requirements and translating them into functional solutions
- Leading workshops with stakeholders and challenging requirements where appropriate
- Producing user stories, functional documentation and business process maps
- Supporting solution design, configuration and implementation
- Working across Project Operations, Sales and other D365 applications
- Supporting system and data integrations
- Coordinating UAT, regression testing and solution releases
- Troubleshooting application and end-user issues
- Delivering user training and supporting a Train the Trainer approach
- Working with internal teams and external partners on system enhancements and business change
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
