Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer / Lead with deep hands-on development expertise across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. The role will lead technical delivery while remaining hands-on with development, integrations, architecture, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Skills

  • 5–10+ years of Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE experience with multiple enterprise implementations.
  • Advanced development using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, plug-ins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Web API.
  • Strong experience developing PCF Controls and extending complex Model-Driven Applications.
  • Build solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Custom Pages, and Power Platform Connectors.
  • Design complex integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise/third-party systems.
  • Strong hands-on Azure experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Storage, and Azure SQL.
  • Design event-driven, scalable, and secure cloud integration architectures.
  • Lead technical design, code reviews, estimation, and engineering standards while mentoring developers.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ALM processes using Azure DevOps, including automated testing and deployments.
  • Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or other regulated enterprise environments is advantageous.
