Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer to take ownership of a well-established Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment and lead its next phase of development and optimisation.
This is a hands-on technical role where you will work closely with business stakeholders and digital transformation teams to enhance, stabilise and evolve existing solutions that deliver measurable business value. You'll play a key role in shaping the technical direction of the platform, driving innovation and helping to support wider digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and supporting model-driven and canvas applications, enhancing workflow automation, managing integrations and ensuring platform performance and reliability. You will also mentor colleagues and help build Power Platform capability across the wider IT function.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving complex technical challenges and contributing to the long-term success of a growing organisation rather than simply moving from one implementation project to the next.

Skills Required
Essential experience:
- Strong commercial experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience working with Dataverse
- Development and support of Power Apps
- Building and maintaining Power Automate workflows
- Platform administration, configuration and support
- Solution design, customisation and delivery
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Experience developing custom functionality using C# and JavaScript
- Experience working with integrations and connected systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business
- Experience supporting development, testing, user acceptance testing and production releases
Desirable experience:
- SharePoint
- SQL Server
- Azure Services
- Power BI
- Azure DevOps
- Modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric
