Senior Dynamics 365 Tester (D365 Business Central)
📍 Fully Remote (UK)
💰 £65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits
We're working with a growing Microsoft-focused software business and due to continued growth, they're looking to hire an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Quality Lead to drive quality across a suite of highly customised products used by customers globally.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both testing and influencing quality across delivery teams. You'll work closely with product, consulting, and development teams to ensure solutions are delivered to a consistently high standard.
The Role
- Lead quality assurance activities across Dynamics 365 solutions
- Design and execute functional, exploratory, regression, and integration testing
- Test complex business processes spanning multiple Microsoft technologies
- Work closely with stakeholders to define clear, testable acceptance criteria
- Champion a shift-left approach to quality across the delivery lifecycle
- Contribute to release planning, UAT, and deployment validation
- Support continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, and automation

Experience Required
- Strong QA, Test Analyst, or Quality Assurance background
- Experience within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem
- Knowledge of Business Central or Power Platform
- Experience testing customised business applications and integrations
- Azure DevOps or similar test and release management tools
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments

- ISTQB certification
