Senior E-commerce Manager
About Nothing
Nothing exists to make tech feel exciting again. We’re building a different kind of technology company, one that puts design, emotion, and human creativity at the heart of everything we do. From the way our products look and feel to how we communicate and show up in culture, we believe technology should make you feel something. Founded in London in 2020, we’ve grown from idea to global challenger in just a few years. Backed by GV (Google Ventures), EQT Ventures, and C Ventures, and investors like Tony Fadell (iPod), Casey Neistat, and Kevin Lin (Twitch), we’re now sold in 40+ markets with millions of users worldwide.
About the Team
DTC at Nothing is where the brand meets the bottom line. We run direct commerce globally, owning the customer from first click to repeat purchase. Our site is the ultimate destination for the brand, the one place customers experience Nothing on our terms, and it has to sell as well as it tells the story. The US is one of our priority markets, and we're bringing in a dedicated commercial owner to trade it day to day and shape the rhythm from the ground up. That's the next chapter for the market: revenue, conversion and AOV at the centre, a weekly trading cadence built from scratch, and a relentless search for the next point of growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations of Nothing.tech in the US and own site performance against target with revenue, conversion rate and AOV as the headline metrics
- Own the US trade calendar end-to-end: product launches, promotions and peak moments, partnering with cross-functional teams including CRM, Paid, Marketing to ensure timely, relevant campaigns that drive engagement and commercial performance
- Drive incremental revenue growth by leading the strategy and execution of trading tactics and initiatives for Nothing.tech, in collaboration with the Ecommerce Director and the tech and design teams
- Monitor, own and optimise on-site conversion path and customer experience by collaborating with Tech, Analytics and Marketing to resolve friction points and develop new functionalities, contributing to improvements in conversion and user satisfaction
- Run the weekly trading cadence: interrogate the numbers and build mitigation plans to close any gap to plan, using data to prioritise roadmap elements
- Forecast US trading with the Ecommerce Director and report performance with a clear read on what's driving it and what to do next
What We're Looking For
- Five or more years running ecommerce trading at scale; DTC, consumer tech or a high-growth product-led business
- Hands-on US ecommerce experience is essential: you know how the US market trades, converts and promotes
- Comfortable in the data yourself: you build the trading report, read the funnel and turn findings into decisions
- Commercial fluency: you think in revenue, CR, AOV and contribution margin with sessions and bounce rate being diagnostics
- A cross-functional operator: you can brief, align and hold teams you don't own to a deadline and a standard
- You've worked somewhere the playbook didn't exist yet and you built it; you make decisions with incomplete information and bring structure where there isn't any
- A bias for shipping: you'd rather get something live and iterate than wait for a perfect brief
- Brand and design sensibility on top, with hands-on Shopify and GA4 experience
