Our client, a leading specialist law firm, is looking for an experienced early careers recruiter to own the delivery of their annual trainee campaigns and help shape their graduate recruitment strategy. This role combines operational delivery with campus attraction, employer branding, and candidate experience.
The role
- Develop and deliver the campus attraction strategy and annual university engagement plan
- Build relationships with universities, careers services, student societies, and diversity-focused organisations
- Own day-to-day trainee recruitment delivery, from candidate screening through to offer, managing all milestones and timelines
- Manage the applicant tracking system (Candid) and act as operational lead for interviewers and recruitment leads
- Lead three annual student open days, including a Black Talent event run in partnership with Sanctuary Graduates
- Run the trainee pre-joining event and keep-warm process
- Provide cover for lateral recruitment and interview scheduling during peak periods

- Strong, demonstrable experience in graduate and early careers recruitment
- Experience across a range of assessment and selection methods, with a focus on volume recruitment
- ATS experience
- A genuine passion for recruitment marketing and diversity & inclusion
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail and sound judgement under pace
- Awareness of current employment legislation relevant to recruitment
