A leading professional services firm is looking for a Senior Early Careers Advisor to lead graduate and emerging talent recruitment activity across the business.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of established early careers programmes while helping to shape attraction, engagement, and assessment strategies for future talent.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing early careers recruitment campaigns from attraction through to offer stage
- Building relationships with universities, careers services, and student networks
- Delivering campus engagement and employer branding initiatives
- Coordinating assessment centres, interviews, and selection processes
- Leading recruitment events, insight days, and talent programmes
- Maintaining a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Managing talent pipelines and offer-holder engagement activity
- Advising stakeholders on market trends and best practice
- Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives aimed at broadening access to careers
- Contributing to wider talent and people projects where required

About You
You'll bring:
- Experience within early careers, graduate, or emerging talent recruitment
- Strong campaign and project management skills
- Experience running assessment and selection processes
- The confidence to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of recruitment systems and applicant tracking platforms
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- An interest in employer branding, attraction strategy, and diversity initiatives
