Senior Early Careers Recruitment Advisor
Salary: approx £50,000 - £65,000
Hybrid: 40% days in office per week.
We're delighted to be partnering with a specialist law firm to recruit a Senior Early Careers Recruitment Advisor.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the firm's trainee recruitment programme while helping shape its future early careers strategy. Combining hands-on recruitment delivery with attraction, university engagement and employer branding, you'll play a key role in ensuring the firm continues to attract and secure exceptional legal talent.
Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and senior stakeholders across the business, you'll have the opportunity to influence how the firm positions itself in the student market, build relationships with key universities and drive initiatives that enhance the firm's pipeline of future talent.
Key Duties:
- Leading the delivery of trainee recruitment campaigns, ensuring a seamless process from attraction through to offer stage.
- Helping to shape and implement the firm's early careers attraction strategy, identifying new opportunities to engage with future talent.
- Building and strengthening relationships with universities, careers services, student societies and diversity organisations.
- Partnering with stakeholders throughout assessment and selection activities to support effective hiring decisions.
- Coordinating the firm's presence at careers fairs, networking events, presentations and other student engagement initiatives.
- Taking ownership of key early careers events and insight programmes, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Working alongside internal teams to enhance employer branding activity and raise the firm's profile within the graduate market.
- Monitoring recruitment trends and market activity, making recommendations to improve attraction and selection outcomes.
- Supporting wider recruitment projects and providing additional assistance across the recruitment team when required.

About You:
We're keen to speak with candidates who have previous experience within Early Careers, Graduate Recruitment or Emerging Talent, ideally gained within a law firm or wider professional services environment.
You'll have a strong understanding of the student recruitment market and experience supporting attraction, assessment and selection activities for graduates, trainees, apprentices or other early careers populations.

The successful candidate will be confident building relationships with universities, careers teams, student societies and internal stakeholders, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
You'll be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple deadlines and recruitment campaigns simultaneously, and able to balance the operational aspects of recruitment with broader attraction and engagement initiatives.
