Employee Benefits Consultant
Are you an experienced Employee Benefits professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re looking for a commercially minded Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team and play a key role in managing and growing client relationships, developing new business, and delivering high-quality employee benefits consultancy.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of existing clients and providing ongoing strategic advice and consultancy
- Leading the renewal process across all lines of business
- Identifying cross-sell and income growth opportunities
- Developing new client relationships and achieving personal new business targets
- Building and maintaining a strong network of introducers
- Working closely with Marketing to develop local events and business development strategies
- Supporting and developing colleagues and sharing best practice across the wider business

What we’re looking for
We’re keen to hear from professionals with:
- Extensive experience in Employee Benefits within a client-facing consultancy role
- A proven track record in business development and relationship management
- Strong technical knowledge across areas including DC pensions, healthcare, risk, wellbeing, voluntary benefits, platforms and benefit taxation
- Experience designing, benchmarking and communicating employee benefits programmes
- Experience developing internal and external introducer relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
