Senior eCOA Screenshot Review Associate - UK or Ireland - Home or office based

We are currently seeking a Senior eCOA Screenshot Review Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. In this role, you will independently manage complex eCOA screenshot review projects, provide subject matter expertise, and support the accurate electronic implementation of Clinical Outcome Assessments. You will act as a senior point of contact for clients, eCOA vendors, copyright holders, and internal teams, helping to ensure project requirements are clearly understood, delivered on time, and aligned with applicable quality standards.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Independently manage complex eCOA screenshot review projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and study requirements are met.
- Review eCOA screenshots and related documentation to ensure electronic implementations align with source COAs, study specifications, and eCOA best practices.
- Perform functional testing of eCOA applications across relevant devices to assess usability, navigation, content, and implementation quality.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to clients, eCOA vendors, copyright holders, and internal stakeholders on eCOA implementation and screenshot review best practices.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve complex project or implementation issues, escalating to leadership or other subject matter experts as appropriate.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, copyright holders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements, responsibilities, and decisions are clearly understood and documented.
- Support project reporting, risk tracking, action planning, process improvements, guidance development, and knowledge sharing.
- Lead or participate in client and internal discussions related to screenshot review and other eCOA implementation activities.

Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong experience in eCOA screenshot review, clinical technologies, client services, project coordination, or a related area.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessments and eCOA implementation best practices.
- Ability to independently manage multiple complex projects, competing priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with eCOA platforms or other clinical technology systems.
- Experience mentoring colleagues or contributing to process improvements is preferred.
