About This Team

In partnership with Brand and Product the Ecommerce Campaigns Team identifies and manages campaigns and an expanding range of online content, from both a Product and Community angle, aiming to drive engaged visits across the EMEA websites.

  • We brief and strategize on-site journeys, liaising with key stakeholders to collect assets, manage process flow, and implement campaigns.
  • The team is responsible for creating and maintaining the EMEA ecommerce campaign calendar and seasonal strategy; receiving inputs from Snr Manager Ecommerce and Web Experience Specialists.
  • Ecomm Campaigns coordinates with Digital Marketing, Product, Brand & Operations to ensure that Campaign journeys are executed end to end.
  • We produce hindsight recaps to evolve campaign and content execution.

A Day in the Life: What You’ll Do

This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC) to cover maternity leave, running from November 2026 to November 2027 (with potential extension depending on business needs and the return date of the employee on leave).

  • Collaborating with the Ecommerce Manager to strategize, wireframe and implement key product storytelling campaigns across 5 EMEA websites; ensuring the end-to-end journey makes sense, conducting quality assurance inclusive of areas such as assets, link testing, image accuracy, UX.
  • Working closely with the Product & Catalogue Operations team to feel confident on campaign inventory, developing and building strong relationships & ways of working with these teams.
  • Partnering with key stakeholder teams to enable seasonal strategies including enrollment and delegation of tasks to Campaigns Coordinator throughout process, remaining flexible and agile to a fast-paced environment with last-minute changes.
  • Strategy and partnership with key teams to enable activation across Community arm of the website; coordination across Brand, Copy and Editorial teams to bring Brand Community stories to life.
  • Producing reporting recaps on a weekly basis alongside retrospective end-of-campaign reporting, evaluating results & making informed data-based decisions.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce or related spaces, ideally with experience building website content within web platforms/CMS, working alongside Brand & Creative teams to build and sign-off creative briefs.
  • Strong project management and ability to coordinate and share information in a cohesive and strategic way across multiple stakeholders.
  • A strong analytical approach to identify and understand campaign performance, evaluating and making data-based decisions to evolve strategies.
  • Proactive and determined problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
