Description
As the Senior Ecommerce Content Executive, you will drive our Shopify-focused brands. Reporting to the Website Manager, you will lead a small team of Content Executives while actively creating high-quality product listings, campaigns, and landing pages. You are both a leader and a hands-on expert. You ensure that every page, promotion, and campaign is accurate, engaging, and on brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading a small team of Content Executives and coaching them to deliver excellent work.
- Driving content creation, including product pages, images, campaigns, and landing pages.
- Serving as the go-to Content expert and improving the CMS, apps, and integrations.
- Ensuring brand consistency, optimising SEO, and meeting merchandising standards across all sites.
- Partnering with Trading, Marketing, Design, and Retention teams to execute campaigns.
- Identifying and solving content or platform issues to improve the customer experience.

We Would Like To Meet Someone Who Is
Who You Are
You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and excel at balancing leadership with hands-on work. You will know Content management systems thoroughly (Shopify experience is preferable), understand SEO best practices, and take pride in creating accurate, polished content. You can lead a team while staying connected to daily tasks, making sure campaigns succeed every time.
