Senior eCommerce Design & Admin Executive

Recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026, we are seeking a creative, organised and commercially minded Senior eCommerce & Admin Executive to join our award-winning team.

The Role

Working with the Ecommerce Manager, you will manage the day-to-day administration and presentation of our ecommerce websites while supporting online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing website content, products, pricing, promotions and merchandising
  • Designing landing pages, banners and mobile-responsive content
  • Supporting ecommerce campaigns, product launches and seasonal promotions
  • Assisting with online orders, customer queries and fulfilment systems
  • Using website and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Improving website navigation, usability and the customer journey
  • Testing website functionality and resolving day-to-day issues

The Candidate

You will have relevant experience in ecommerce administration or a similar role.

You should have:

  • Experience using ecommerce platforms or content management systems
  • Strong graphic and web-design skills
  • Knowledge of online merchandising, design and conversion best practice
  • Experience implementing on-page SEO, internal linking, metadata and content optimisation
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, heatmapping and conversion-rate optimisation tools
  • The ability to interpret website and sales data
  • Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
