The Role

Working closely with the eCommerce Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management, administration and presentation of the company's eCommerce websites, helping to drive online sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage website content, product listings, pricing, promotions and online merchandising.
  • Design engaging landing pages, website banners and mobile-responsive content.
  • Support eCommerce campaigns, new product launches and seasonal promotions.
  • Assist with online orders, customer enquiries and fulfilment processes.
  • Analyse website and sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously improve website usability, navigation and the overall customer journey.
  • Test website functionality and resolve day-to-day issues to ensure an excellent user experience.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support ongoing digital growth initiatives.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with strong organisational skills and has experience working within an eCommerce or digital environment.

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience in an eCommerce Administration, Digital Content or similar role.
  • Experience using eCommerce platforms or Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Strong graphic design and web content creation skills.
  • Good understanding of online merchandising and eCommerce best practice.
  • Experience implementing on-page SEO, metadata, internal linking and content optimisation.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, heat mapping and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Ability to interpret website analytics and sales data to improve performance.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
