Senior Ecommerce Executive
Chester | £35,000-£40,000 | 4 days office-based
We're recruiting a Senior Ecommerce Executive to join a growing consumer business based in Chester.
This role would suit someone with 3-4+ years' ecommerce experience within retail, FMCG, consumer or D2C, along with previous team management experience.
You'll support the day-to-day running and performance of the ecommerce channel, working across online trading, merchandising, promotions, product management and performance analysis.

- Manage and optimise online product listings and website content
- Coordinate promotions, campaigns and seasonal activity
- Analyse sales, customer behaviour and trading performance
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement and online sales
- Work closely with Buying, Marketing, Supply Chain and Development teams
- Monitor product availability, pricing and stock performance
- Support and manage team members within the eCommerce function
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3-4 years' ecommerce experience
- Background in retail, FMCG, consumer or D2C
- Previous people/team management experience
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Experience with online trading, merchandising and promotions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Happy to work 4 days per week from the Chester office
