About Us

Builder Depot is a family run trade builders' merchant in North London. Five branches. Over 350 staff. Around £150m turnover. Our website sells over £20m a year and we want it to be the best in the trade.

About the Role

We are in the middle of a business wide digital transformation. New software. AI. Better ways of working across the whole company. The digital team is a key department here and it sits at the centre of that change. We are looking for someone seriously good to join it and take ownership of the website day to day. You will help guide how the site looks and how it works and you will help make the decisions that shape it. You will be given real guidance and real responsibility from day one. And what you build goes live fast.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
