About the Role
The Senior eCommerce Executive will drive sustainable and profitable digital growth across Europe by optimising the end-to-end consumer journey. The role owns the day-to-day operation of multiple websites, including online merchandising, campaign execution, product performance monitoring and trading optimisation. Working closely with the wider digital team, the role will help maximise direct-to-consumer online revenue and deliver a best-in-class digital experience. The ideal candidate is commercially focused, highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

This is a hybrid role, based in London office
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage online merchandising including assortment presentation, pricing and promotional setup
- Monitor product performance, AOV, and merchandising effectiveness to drive commercial growth
- Manage inventory levels, compile forecasts and work alongside logistics to ensure availability at all times
- Execute onsite SEO/GEO optimisations to improve organic traffic and visibility
- Ensure activity is aligned with commercial priorities and campaign calendar
- Partner with marketing colleagues to plan and execute acquisition and retention campaigns
- Provide ecommerce specific guidance and support to cross-functional teams including sales and marketing
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators weekly/ monthly to track success of initiatives
- Perform other reasonable duties as required
About You…..
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in eCommerce or digital marketing
- Understanding of managing DTC ecommerce within wider channel environment
- Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms (Shopify) and online analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, CrazyEgg)
- Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting results and recommendations
- Consumer centric and commercial mindset
- A driven self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and ownership of assigned duties
- Continuous improvement mindset
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Cultural awareness with experience working in an international context
- ‘Can do’ approach to work with a focus on quality and bias to action
- Highly organised and methodical approach to work
- Excellent team player
- Fluency in German, French, Dutch, Spanish or Italian is a bonus.
