THE ROLE The Senior eCommerce Executive will sit right at the heart of the online trading operation, helping drive the day-to-day performance of the website across product, promotions, merchandising, campaigns and customer experience. You’ll use sales and customer data to spot opportunities, optimise performance and make commercial decisions, while working closely with Buying, Marketing, Supply Chain and Development teams. From shaping promotional activity and optimising traffic across email, social and affiliates to identifying opportunities to improve site functionality, this is a Senior eCommerce Executive role with brilliant exposure across the entire eCommerce operation.

THE PERSON We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Senior eCommerce Executive who loves the fast pace of online retail and wants to take real ownership of performance. You’ll be confident working with data, comfortable making decisions based on customer and trading trends, and naturally collaborative when working across multiple teams. People management experience is important, but equally, this opportunity will suit a Senior eCommerce Executive who wants to keep developing, make a visible impact and build their career within a business that gives its people the freedom and support to grow.
