About the Role

We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Ecommerce Executive to play a key role in delivering our ecommerce trading strategy across our distribution websites.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Ecommerce or Trading Executive who's ready to take the next step in their career, combining hands-on trading with greater ownership, influence and leadership.

Working closely with the Trading Manager and wider Ecommerce team, you'll lead the delivery of key trading initiatives, optimise website performance, and use customer, commercial and market insight to drive profitable growth. You'll also champion best practice across the team, support the development of junior colleagues and take ownership of projects that directly contribute to our business plan.

If you enjoy solving problems, making commercially driven decisions and collaborating with teams across Marketing, Product, Tech and Analytics, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
