Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist
Location: 100% Remote (Must be physically based in the UK) Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (Dependent on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Week: 35 hours (with flexible 28-hour / 4-day options at pro-rata adjusted salary) Holidays: 38 days total annual leave (28 days holiday + 9 statutory days + birthday off)

The Role
We are looking for a commercially sharp, analytically brilliant Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist to own and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Klaviyo. This is not a role for fluff or vanity metrics—you will be analysing hard data, uncovering root causes, and directly impacting clients’ bottom lines.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyse complex datasets to pinpoint growth bottlenecks and commercial opportunities for 7 and 8-figure ecommerce stores.
- Campaign Architecture: Build, optimise, and scale high-performing campaigns across:
- Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
- Paid Social (Meta Ads)
- Retention channels (Klaviyo)
- Commercial Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating technical performance data into clear, actionable business ROI.
- Managed Channels:
- Google Ads (70%) – Search, Shopping, PMax & Demand Gen
- Microsoft Ads (10%) – Search & PMax
- Meta Ads (10%) – Prospecting & Retargeting
- Klaviyo (10%) – Flows, Email & SMS
- Continuous Testing: Run rigorous A/B tests across:
- Ad creatives
- Landing pages
- Audience segments To maximise efficiency from ad spend.

Requirements
The Essentials (About You)
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of commercial ecommerce performance marketing (preferably agency-side).
- Education: A degree in a quantitative, analytical, or STEM subject (e.g., Economics, Data Science, Maths, Science, Computing, or highly analytical Business/Marketing).
- Certification: Active Google Ads Certification is mandatory.
- Numerical Strength: Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Expertise with spreadsheets, GA4, and ad-platform analytics.
- Passion for data storytelling.
- AI Augmentation: Highly comfortable leveraging modern AI tools (e.g., Gemini Pro, Claude Pro/Max, or ChatGPT Business) to optimise productivity.
- Communication: Strong presentational and client communication skills.
- Location & Compliance: Physically based in the UK and right to work without restrictions.
