This role will require one day a fortnight in the office in the West Midlands
We’re recruiting an eCommerce Manager for an ambitious and growing SME as they look to continue their investment in their D2C channel.
This is a broad, hands-on digital role with real ownership of the website and its commercial performance and responsibility for a multi-million pound channel. You’ll take responsibility for driving online revenue, continually looking at how the website is trading and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, customer acquisition and overall digital performance.
Alongside eCommerce and trading on a day to day, you’ll have oversight of the wider digital acquisition mix – managing CRM activity and working closely with specialist agencies across CRM, PPC, SEO and other performance channels.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
