HUISHAN ZHANG, the internationally acclaimed luxury fashion house celebrated for its fusion of Eastern heritage and Western design, is seeking a commercially driven Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead and scale our digital business.

This is a high-impact role with full ownership of ecommerce performance, responsible for driving online revenue growth while maintaining the brand’s luxury positioning and customer experience.

The Role

You will own the ecommerce channel end-to-end, combining trading, optimisation, and performance oversight in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own ecommerce performance, including revenue, conversion rate, and AOV
  • Lead weekly and monthly trading, using data to drive decisions and prioritise growth opportunities
  • Manage and optimise the Shopify site, ensuring a seamless, high-converting customer journey
  • Oversee product launches and onsite merchandising to maximise sell-through
  • Identify and implement CRO and UX improvements
  • Manage and challenge external paid media agencies to deliver strong, efficient growth
  • Use Shopify, GA, and analytics tools to evaluate performance and define clear actions
  • Develop pricing and markdown strategies to balance margin and inventory
  • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to align content with commercial performance
  • Oversee junior support (intern) for site operations and admin

About You

  • 4-7+ years in ecommerce, digital trading, or performance-led roles within fashion or luxury
  • Proven track record of driving ecommerce growth and improving conversion
  • Strong Shopify experience and understanding of ecommerce operations
  • Commercially minded, with a strong grasp of trading, margins, and performance levers
  • Confident managing external agencies and holding them accountable
  • Analytical and proactive, with a bias toward action and ownership
  • Comfortable operating in a lean team where you balance strategy and execution
