Join One of the World’s Most Prestigious Beauty Companies

Would you like to join one of the world’s most prestigious beauty companies, home to a portfolio of iconic luxury brands with a global presence?

The Opportunity

The brand is looking for an experienced Senior E-commerce Manager to own D2C commercial performance across an assigned portfolio of prestige beauty brands in an assigned cluster. This is a high-impact role where you will set the online growth agenda for your cluster and coordinate teams across the wider organisation to deliver it.

You’ll own the commercial agenda across D2C, working across trading, customer experience, online merchandising, promotions and performance, while influencing central specialist teams across CRM, Media, Digital and Operations.

The Role

  • Own the D2C P&L across an assigned portfolio of prestige beauty brands.
  • Drive trading performance across conversion, AOV, sales, promotions, stock and merchandising.
  • Set integrated online priorities across D2C and retailer.com, ensuring clear sequencing and commercial focus.
  • Coordinate central specialist teams to deliver against your cluster priorities.
  • Partner with CRM to shape customer journeys around trading and consumer priorities.
  • Work with Media teams on traffic and acquisition priorities.
  • Coordinate stock, exclusives and promotional plans with Supply Chain and Demand Planning.
  • Use performance data and shared scorecards to identify opportunities and drive action.
  • Work closely with Brand, Commercial, Finance and wider stakeholders to align teams around one cluster plan.
  • Challenge, influence and escalate where required to ensure delivery against commercial priorities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why This Role Is Different

This is a genuine matrix leadership role. You won't have direct authority over every specialist team you need to deliver through, so success will come through influence, strong briefing, commercial judgement and the ability to bring people together.

If you enjoy leading without needing to own every lever, and are comfortable navigating a complex, multi-brand environment, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact.
