Senior E-Commerce Manager | Luxury Apparel Brand | Central London | 4 days a week in office | £50,000 - £60,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior E-Commerce Manager to join a growing luxury apparel brand. This role will take ownership of the day-to-day trading, optimisation, and performance of the global e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer journey while driving commercial growth.
Working closely with digital, marketing, creative, and operational teams, you will be responsible for enhancing the online customer experience, maximising conversion opportunities, and delivering a best-in-class digital storefront.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines strong commercial acumen with a passion for digital retail, customer experience, and online trading.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Trading & Commercial Performance
- Own the day-to-day trading performance of the e-commerce platform across multiple markets.
- Drive growth across key commercial metrics including revenue, conversion rate, average order value, and customer engagement.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and optimise site performance.

Website Management & Customer Experience
- Oversee website functionality, content updates, and ongoing site maintenance.
- Ensure a premium and seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and development partners to deliver website improvements and new functionality.
- Lead and support junior team members responsible for website content and product updates.

Merchandising & Product Presentation
- Manage online merchandising, product launches, and category performance.
- Optimise site navigation, search functionality, and product discovery to improve customer engagement and conversion.

Campaign & Launch Execution
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver engaging online campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure brand storytelling and commercial objectives are aligned across the digital experience.

Required Experience
- 5+ years proven experience within e-commerce, digital trading, or online retail management.
- Previous experience working within the premium or luxury sectors.
- Strong understanding of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Experience managing website merchandising, trading plans, and digital customer journeys.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Experience using web analytics and reporting tools to drive decision-making.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
