Ever run a multi brand D2C P&L and had to win the room every single day to do it?
THE ROLE
D2C & Online Cluster Lead, Prestige Beauty
You'll own the D2C P&L across an assigned portfolio of brands. And you'll be the coordinating voice for online across the whole cluster.
Full D2C ownership: trading, conversion, AOV, promotions, stock, merchandising, customer experience
Set integrated online priorities across D2C and retailer.com, with clear sequencing
Brief content and platform needs into central specialist teams
Shape customer journeys with CRM and acquisition priorities with Media
Coordinate stock, exclusives and promo plans with Supply Chain and Demand Planning
Use shared scorecards to diagnose performance and drive action across brands

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR
Advanced eCommerce trading and P&L management, ideally beauty, luxury or premium
Hands on with Shopify or similar D2C platforms, plus CMS, merchandising and analytics tools
Comfortable across CRM, media, SEO and content dependencies, even without owning those budgets
A track record of coordinating delivery across a matrix, not just working inside one
Confidence to escalate, negotiate and make trade offs visible
This is a genuinely rare seat. Multi brand P&L ownership at this level, in prestige beauty, doesn't come up often.
