Senior Ecommerce & Marketing Manager
London | Full-time
Volga Linen is entering an exciting period of growth, with new product categories, an expanding US and International showroom network, collaborations and growing opportunities across ecommerce, trade and hospitality.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Ecommerce & Marketing Manager to take ownership of our ecommerce and marketing activity and help shape how these areas develop as the business grows.
This is a broad commercial role, combining ecommerce trading with brand and marketing delivery. You will work from the wider business and product strategy to build the marketing plan, drive ecommerce performance and bring new launches and commercial opportunities to market.
You will have the opportunity to make a real impact within a small, ambitious team – improving how we trade online, developing our CRM and digital acquisition strategy and bringing greater structure and forward planning to our marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce & Digital Growth
- Own ecommerce performance, with responsibility for revenue, conversion, AOV, customer retention and digital growth.
- Lead the trading and merchandising of the website, using data and customer behaviour to identify opportunities.
- Develop CRM, segmentation and customer lifecycle activity to increase engagement, retention and repeat purchase.
- Own paid digital activity across paid social, Google and SEO, managing budgets and performance.
- Develop and prioritise the Shopify roadmap, working closely with our external developer to improve the customer experience and website performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
