Our team
The Litigation Technology & Legal Project Management Team supports the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, enabling lawyers and clients to navigate complex matters with the right technology and project management support. This role is within the Litigation Technology function.
Our team brings together specialists in computer science, digital forensics, law, and project management. We combine deep technical expertise with hands-on litigation experience to help clients cut through complexity and get to the heart of their disputes quickly.
We work with industry-leading eDiscovery and case management platforms, and we’re always looking for smarter, more innovative ways to apply technology to complex disputes and investigations. If you’re excited by the intersection of law and technology, this is a team where you can make a real impact.
Role and key responsibilities
As part of this role you can expect to:
- Manage eDiscovery projects end-to-end, taking ownership of the full project lifecycle from scoping and data collection through to production, including budget management, cost control and stakeholder management.
- Deliver eDiscovery work to an exceptionally high standard, ensuring quality, accuracy and consistency across all project outputs.
- Provide strategic advice to clients and legal teams on eDiscovery strategy and litigation technology, recommending the most effective and proportionate approach for each matter.
- Administer and configure workspaces on eDiscovery platforms including RelativityOne and OpenText eDiscovery, building tailored workflows and leveraging platform capabilities to meet matter-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors, acting as the key liaison between legal teams and service providers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Work with the Litigation Technology Team Lead to ensure all matters are delivered in accordance with best practice standards, and that project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Proactively identify risks, and troubleshoot issues, escalating to the Head of Litigation Technology where appropriate.
- Operate as a role model, contributing ideas and insight to the Litigation Technology function, including proposals for best practice improvements, process efficiencies and innovation opportunities.
- Support the development of the Litigation Technology & Legal Project Management team through knowledge sharing, skills transfer, and mentoring of junior colleagues, with line management responsibilities.
- Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies and changes in eDiscovery best practice, sharing relevant insights with the wider team.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with legal teams and clients, and be a trusted adviser on eDiscovery and litigation technology matters.
- Collaborate with the firm-wide Legal Technology community to drive cross-practice legal technology initiatives and share best practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
