Are you a master storyteller with a keen eye for detail and a passion for impactful communication? We are seeking a dynamic professional to elevate executive voices, craft compelling narratives, and manage diverse content streams for global communication teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping public perception, driving engagement, and ensuring a consistent, powerful brand presence across all platforms. Your expertise will directly influence how key messages are delivered, making a tangible difference in the company’s global outreach and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the development and enhancement of communication platforms, including new features and functionality, by directing agencies, vendors, and third-party content providers.
- Evaluate and prioritize platform improvements based on analytics, technical feasibility, and resource allocation.
- Create, deliver, and manage video and multimedia content, overseeing the planning process and determining appropriate presentation formats, styles, and designs.
- Collaborate with and manage third-party creative partners to produce and audit content as needed.
- Elevate and shape executive communication across various formats, including writing speeches, blog posts, Q&As, and notes.
- Prepare executives for external events through coaching, visual development, and operational/event management support.
- Develop, deliver, and manage “journalistic” articles and blog posts, including researching and conducting stakeholder interviews to gather stories.
- Drive the planning process for articles and blog posts, identifying optimal presentation formats, styles, and designs.
- Provide comprehensive editorial guidance from conception to completion, offering high-level feedback on format, narrative, visuals, and voice, as well as line and copy editing for all editorial content.
- Create, deliver, and manage social media content, driving the planning process and ensuring content accuracy, appropriate format, style, and design.
- Develop data-driven social strategies based on analytics and best practices.
- Translate data analysis and insights into interpretable findings to inform and shape editorial strategy.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Proficiency in social media management and strategy.
- Experience in video production and multimedia content creation.
- Strong communications acumen, including strategic planning and execution.
- Demonstrated ability in external stakeholder management.
- Solid knowledge of industry trends and the media landscape.
- Expertise in content strategy and development.
- Proven skills in finding and reporting compelling stories.
- Experience in audience development and engagement.
- Proficiency in graphic design for communications.
- Strong understanding and application of authorial voice.
- Experience interviewing subject matter experts, such as product managers.
- Ability to develop and maintain a consistent visual voice.
- Extensive experience in content development across various formats.
- Demonstrated content-related expertise.
- Skilled in crafting and maintaining executive voice.
- Adept at internal stakeholder management and collaboration.
