Join us as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and make your mark on production excellence
You'll lead process optimization initiatives, design innovative manufacturing systems, and implement maintenance strategies that drive efficiency, quality, and reliability across our operations.
What will you do?
- Design and optimize manufacturing systems with focus on process efficiency, capacity planning, and performance improvement
- Develop comprehensive maintenance strategies including preventive programs and troubleshooting protocols to maximize equipment uptime
- Lead lean-based continuous improvement projects that enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while implementing cost-effective manufacturing solutions
What are the key skills we are looking for:
- Manufacturing Process Optimization — intermediate level; analyzing workflows and implementing efficiency improvements across production lines
- Manufacturing Design and Methodology — intermediate level; designing systems that balance ergonomics, capacity, and cost analysis
- Drives for Results — advanced level; delivering measurable outcomes that impact operational performance and quality standards
- Automation Integration — intermediate level; implementing automated solutions to enhance manufacturing capabilities
- Lean Methodology — intermediate level; applying lean principles to eliminate waste and improve production flow
- Quality Control & Inspection — intermediate level; ensuring products meet specifications through systematic quality processes
- Influencing Skills — intermediate level; gaining stakeholder buy-in for process changes and improvement initiatives
- Digital Literacy — intermediate level; leveraging digital tools and simulation software for process optimization

For this UK based position, the expected pay range is GBP 50,400 - GBP 66,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United Kingdom. Our pay ranges are determined by the local market.
