Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the electrical design aspects of building services projects across various sectors, ensuring technical excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems into diverse building designs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, design calculations, and performance assessments to optimize system efficiency and sustainability.
  • Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Oversee project delivery, managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring quality assurance throughout.

Key Experience

  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
  • Chartered Engineer or working towards this.
  • Extensive experience in designing and delivering electrical building services projects across various sectors.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, Dialux
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and codes, including CIBSE guidelines and UK building regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing project teams and delivering projects successfully.
