HYBRID ROLE
Are you an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with a passion for automation, controls and delivering complex engineering projects? Do you enjoy creating innovative electrical designs that bring automated systems to life?
We are seeking a talented Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our growing Engineering team at Logistex.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical designs for automated warehouse and materials handling systems, working closely with Project Engineers, Controls Engineers and Installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality electrical designs using EPLAN and AutoCAD.
- Create circuit diagrams, layouts, BOMs and technical documentation.
- Perform electrical calculations and develop safe, compliant solutions.
- Work collaboratively with mechanical, controls and project teams.
- Investigate and resolve electrical design issues.
- Attend project sites to verify installations and design compliance.
- Support customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery.

About You
- Degree, HND or HNC in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Strong electrical design experience within capital equipment, automation or systems engineering.
- Proficient with EPLAN, AutoCAD and Microsoft 365.
- Good understanding of electrical and safety standards including 18th Edition, EN60204 and EN13849.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
