We’re supporting a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with the continued growth of its Data Centre and Critical Facilities team and are looking to speak with experienced Senior Electrical Building Services Engineers.

Candidates will already or have previously worked within MEP or Building Services Design.

You’ll join a well-established engineering environment delivering major technically complex projects across the UK and international markets, with data centres forming a significant and growing part of the workload.

🔹 The Role Working as part of a multidisciplinary Building Services team, you’ll take responsibility for the electrical design and delivery of data centre and mission-critical projects from early concept through detailed design and construction. Responsibilities will include:

✅ Leading electrical building-services design packages
✅ Developing resilient electrical infrastructure for data centre environments
✅ Working across LV/HV systems, standby power, UPS, generators and critical power distribution
✅ Delivering technically robust and energy-efficient engineering solutions
✅ Coordinating with mechanical, structural, architectural, sustainability and specialist teams
✅ Reviewing calculations, drawings, specifications and technical documentation
✅ Managing elements of project delivery and engineering resource
✅ Supporting client meetings and providing technical advice throughout the project lifecycle
✅ Providing technical leadership to junior engineers and multidisciplinary teams
✅ Contributing to project commercial performance and successful delivery
