Senior Mechanical Engineer | Bristol (Hybrid) | Sustainable Design Focus
Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer ready to lead impactful projects and drive low-carbon design? Join a forward-thinking, agile consultancy where your expertise will shape innovative building services solutions across the UK.
The Role
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery leading design, engaging with clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes on site, as well as mentoring Junior Engineers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead mechanical design on a range of new-build and refurbishment projects
- Work with the Mechanical Director closely
- Deliver projects in line with RIBA work stages
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and quality of delivery
- Mentor Junior Engineers
- Champion sustainable, low-carbon engineering solutions

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering UK building services projects
- Strong understanding of RIBA stages
- Confident communicator and team collaborator
- Proactive problem solver with a practical mindset
- Degree / HND / HNC qualified
- Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM (desirable)

Additional Info
- Full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week)
- UK travel required (full driving licence needed)
