Job Details

Turner Property Recruitment are delighted to be assisting their client in the search for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a growing Built Asset Consultancy team in the South West.

The Role

  • Deliver electrical design from RIBA Stage 0 to 4
  • Undertake feasibility studies and technical assessments
  • Produce electrical drawings and full tender documentation
  • Carry out electrical condition, PPM and pre-acquisition surveys
  • Act as technical advisor to clients and support contractor design reviews
  • Monitor electrical works on site, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Work closely with internal teams to support project delivery and commercial outcomes

About You

  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Chartered or working towards MCIBSE or equivalent
  • Strong experience delivering electrical design independently
  • Background in consultancy or site-based engineering
  • Experience in asset surveying and technical due diligence
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Revit would be beneficial
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing capability
