Are you a Senior Electrical Engineer looking to take ownership of technical standards, electrical design and compliance for a growing renewable energy business?
On offer is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Solar PV and Battery Storage specialist, where you will become the go-to technical authority across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial projects. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping engineering standards, approving designs and supporting project delivery, whilst remaining hands-on in a highly technical position.
This company delivers innovative renewable energy solutions across the UK and continues to grow its presence within the commercial and industrial sectors. As part of this expansion, they are looking to strengthen their technical team with an experienced engineer capable of taking responsibility for the electrical integrity and compliance of complex electrical installations. Previous Solar PV or Battery Storage experience would be advantageous but is not essential, with full industry-specific training available for the right candidate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
