Senior Electrical Project Manager – Rail
Location: North Acton, London
Salary: £90,000 - £105,000 basic + £5,000 car allowance
Job Type: Full-time
We are working on behalf of one of the UK's leading M&E contractors, who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of major rail infrastructure projects based in North Acton.

About the Role
As Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of electrical packages on rail projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage project teams, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and oversee all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through to handover.

What They Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering electrical projects within the rail industry.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of working under NEC contracts (essential).
- Demonstrable experience managing multi-million-pound rail infrastructure or station projects.
- Excellent leadership, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining programme and budget.
- A strong understanding of health, safety, and quality standards within the rail environment.
- Must be able to reliably commute to or work from North Acton.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of electrical rail projects from inception through to completion.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with NEC contract requirements and project obligations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Drive health, safety, environmental, and quality performance across all projects.
- Produce accurate project reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and commercial success.
