Senior Electrical Project Manager
Central London | Tier One MEP Contractor
Commercial Project
Up to £110,000 + Travel
A leading Tier One MEP Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their team and take a senior delivery role on a large-scale commercial development in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically biased Project Manager with strong experience delivering major commercial projects and the ability to lead complex electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion.
The Role
As Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of the electrical services package, working closely with the wider project team, client, and supply chain.

- Managing the delivery of the electrical services package from pre-construction through to completion
- Leading and managing Project Managers, Engineers, and specialist subcontractors
- Taking ownership of programme, budget, quality, and commercial performance
- Coordinating electrical services with mechanical, architectural, and structural packages
- Managing design development, procurement, and installation
- Working closely with the client, consultants, and main contractor
- Ensuring works are delivered safely and in accordance with project requirements
- Managing subcontractor performance and driving programme progress
- Leading project meetings and providing regular progress updates
- Identifying and resolving technical, commercial, and programme issues
About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Significant experience as an Electrical Project Manager / Senior Electrical Project Manager
- A strong background working for a Tier One MEP Contractor
- Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical building services and project delivery
- Experience managing significant electrical packages and project teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
- A strong understanding of programme, commercial, and contractual requirements
